大口径天然气长输管道状态空间模型的适用性分析 被引量:1

摘要 天然气管道系统的仿真是利用管道流体所遵循的偏微分方程组通过数值解法求解,时间和空间上的划分精细程度,对仿真结果有很大的影响。本文提出采用状态方程这种在控制理论中常用的模型,对管道水力特性进行建模分析。该模型是一种集总参数模型,在建模过程中进行了一定的近似和线性化处理,所以需要对模型的适用性进行分析。选取管段长度是建模时需要考虑的重要因素,选取管段长度过短,会导致整体模型模块过多,建模复杂;而长度过长则会导致模型失真。本文以管径为1016 mm的天然气管道为例,在管道流动基本方程的基础上,推导管道的状态方程表达式。通过状态空间模型与商业软件仿真的对比分析,从模型的适用性和鲁棒性两方面,说明了本文提出的状态空间模型能够较好的描述1016管径下管道流动特性,从而为天然气管道的控制分析打下模型基础。 The simulation of natural gas pipeline systems is based on the partial differential equations describing the pipeline fluids.The division of time and space has a great influence on the results of the numerical method adopted in the simulation.In this paper,the state equation is used to model and analyze the hydraulic characteristics of pipelines.The model is a lumped parameter model that is a common model in control theory.The modeling process includes approximation and linearization,so the applicability of the model needs to be analyzed.Pipe length selection is an important factor in modeling.Short pipe divisions will lead to too many modules and complex modeling of the whole pipeline,while long pipe divisions will lead to model distortion.Taking 1016 mm diameter natural gas pipeline as an example,the state space equation is deduced based on the basic equation of pipeline flow.Through comparative analysis of the state space model and commercial software simulation,the applicability and robustness of the model show that the proposed state space model can better describe the flow characteristics of 1016 mm diameter pipelines.Thus,the state space model can be used in the control analysis of natural gas pipelines.
