摘要
通过总结文献报道,结合实地访谈等,从学科、技术、产业3个角度,对都市农业气象信息服务进展,包括生产、生活、生态等方面进行了综述。首先介绍了都市农业小气候学、农业信息学、气象信息技术的相关学科与主要团队,然后提出今后应充分利用移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等先进技术,再调动大城市强大的科技和资本优势,以都市农业气象服务中心为突破口,形成一个功能主导开放共享的都市农业气象服务合作机制,旨在通过多学科相互协作,研发一批需求引领靶向定位的都市农业气象服务产品,打造一个智慧融合移动互联的都市农业气象服务平台,建成一套学科互补产业协调的都市农业气象服务研发体系。
Urban agriculture,with production,life,ecology,culture and other multi-function,so there needs precision services of meteorological information to support.By summarizing the literature reports at home and abroad with query in field,this paper introduced the related disciplines and main teams of agricultural microclimate,agricultural informatics and meteorological information technology from three angles of science,technology and industry.The paper summarized the progress of urban agrometeorology,agricultural informatics,agrometeorological information technology in Beijing and Tianjin firstly,and then put forward the mobile internet,IoT,cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies,to coordinate the strong scientific and technological and capital advantages of large cities.Taking the urban agrometeorological service center as a breakthrough,there needs the formation of a function leading open and share urban agricultural meteorological service cooperation mechanism.Through multidisciplinary cooperation,we can research and develop a number of demand-led target positioning of urban agricultural meteorological service products,to create an urban agricultural meteorological service platform with smart integration plus mobile connection,and build a research and development system of urban agricultural meteorological services with coordination of complementary industries.
