氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片在100例冠心病伴情绪障碍患者治疗中的应用

Application of flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of 100 patients with coronary artery disease complicated with emotional disorders

目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片在冠心病伴情绪障碍治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取200例冠心病伴情绪障碍患者并随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予冠心病常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对比两组治疗4周后心绞痛和抑郁焦虑情绪的疗效情况。结果:治疗后,观察组心绞痛治疗有效率显著高于对照组(91.0%vs 61.0%),HAMA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对冠心病伴情绪障碍患者进行常规治疗的基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合治疗的方式能改善患者焦虑抑郁心理状态,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of flupentixol and meglitoxin tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with mood disorder.Methods:Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease with mood disorder were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 100 patients each.The control group was given routine treatment while the observation group was additionally treated with flupentixol and meglitoxin tablets.The efficacy of two therapies on angina pectoris and depression and anxiety 4 weeks after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of angina pectoris was significantly higher(91.0%vs 61.0%)and the HAMA score was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anxiety and depression and the therapeutic efficacy can be improved by routine treatment plus the combination therapy of flupentixol and meglitoxin tablets for patients with coronary heart disease with mood disorder.
