摘要
目的观察健康志愿者针刺光明穴后视觉皮层神经元活动变化情况,探讨针刺光明穴对视觉通路信息传导的调控机制。方法对15例健康志愿者实施光明穴针刺,于针刺前8 min和针刺后8 min分别进行静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)扫描,于扫描图像选取感兴趣区,测量该区域视觉皮层功能连接值(FC值,FC值代表由神经元和突触活动产生的自发低频震荡信号在两个相关脑区间的同步性,可反映局部脑神经元的活动情况),采用统计参数图软件对针刺前后FC值进行分析并获取T值(T值表示FC值变化程度)。结果针刺右侧光明穴后,腹侧视觉通路视觉皮层间FC值显著降低的连接为左侧V8区与左侧VP区、左侧V8区与左侧V4区、左侧V8区与右侧V4区、左侧V8区与右侧V8区;背侧视觉通路FC值显著降低的连接为左侧V3A区与左侧MT区、左侧V3A区与右侧LO区、左侧V3A区与右侧MT区、左侧V3D区与左侧LO区等;背侧通路与腹侧通路视觉皮层间FC值显著降低的连接为左侧V3D区与左侧VP区、右侧V3D区与左侧VP区、左侧V3D区与左侧V4区等。结论健康志愿者针刺光明穴可对背侧视觉通路V3区和腹侧视觉通路V8区的神经元活动产生影响,进而对视觉信息的传导进行调控。
Objective To observe the changes of neuronal activity in the visual cortex of healthy volunteers after acupuncture at Guangming(GB 37)and to explore the regulation mechanism of acupuncture at GB 37 on visual pathway.Methods Fifteen healthy volunteers treated with acupuncture at GB 37 were scanned by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)at 8 min before and 8 min after acupuncture.After that,we selected the area of interest from the scan image and measured the functional connectivity value of visual cortex in this area(FC values,which represent the synchrony of spontaneous low-frequncy shock signals generated by neuronal and synaptic activity between two related brain regions,can reflect local neuronal activity).The FC value before and after acupuncture was analyzed by using statistical parameter chart software and we obtained the T value(T value represents the degree of changes in FC value).Results After acupuncture on the right Guangming,the visual intercortical FC value of ventral visual pathway decreased significantly in the connections between the left V8 and left VP areas,between the left V8 and left V4 areas,between left V8 and right V4 areas,and between left Y8 and right V8 areas;the FC value of dorsal visual pathway decreased significantly in the the connections between the left V3A and left MT areas,between left V3A and right LO areas,between left V3A and right MT areas,and between left V3D and left LO areas;the visual intercortical FC between the dorsal and ventral pathways decreased significantly,including the the connections between the left V3D and left VP areas,between the right V3D and left VP areas,and between the left V3D and left V4 areas,etc.Conclusion Acupuncture at GB 37 in healthy subjects can affect neuronal activity in V3 and V8 areas of dorsal visual pathway and then regulate the transmission of visual information.
