朴槿惠执政之殇与韩国东北亚外交战略调整

Park Geun-hye’s Political Failure and the Adjustment of South Korea’s Northeast Asian Diplomatic Strategy

2013年2月朴槿惠就任大韩民国总统后,韩国东北亚外交战略总体上以“闺蜜门”事发为时间节点经历了两次显著调整,主要表现在韩国对美中俄“楔三角关系”的外交定位、韩朝关系及韩日关系等方面。朴槿惠执政之初本已风生水起的“外交好局”终以“闺蜜门”事发后的“投机续命”而收场,其此前所经营的“楔三角求衡”及“双轨制”外交近乎夭折。朴槿惠执政之殇与不同时期韩国外交决策环境的变化存在着紧密关联,我们对此应予以充分重视。

After Park Geun-hye became the President of the Republic of Korea in February 2013,South Korea’s Northeast Asian diplomatic strategy had undergone two significant adjustments taking the“Choi Soon-sil Intervention Politics”incident as the time demarcation point.It was mainly reflected in South Korea's diplomatic orientation of the“wedge triangle relationship”between the United States,China,Russia,KOR-DPRK relations and KOR-Japan relations.At the beginning of Park Geun-hye’s administration,the“good diplomatic situation”that had already flourished was finally ended with the“speculative survival”after the“Choi Soon-sil Intervention Politics”incident,Park Geun-hye’s previous“Wedge Triangle Balance”and“Double Track System”diplomacy policy had almost been aborted.There is a close relationship between Park Geun-hye's Political Failure and the changes in South Korea's diplomacy policy-making environment in different periods.We should pay full attention to this.
