基于数据包络分析方法的地方高校科研效率实证研究

An Empirical Study on Scientific Research Efficiency of Local Universities Based on DEA Model

高校科学研究对效率和效益的重视是新时代高质量高等教育的重要特征.特别是对地方高校而言,由于受到发展基础和发展环境所限,如何科学配置有限的人财物资源使之发挥最大的作用具有重大的现实意义.本文以某地方高校的二级学院为研究对象和决策单元,应用DEA模型计算各决策单元2018年的科研效率,对结果进行分析并就如何改进科研资源配置、提升科研水平提出建议.

The importance of efficiency in scientific research in colleges and universities is an important feature of high quality higher education in the new era.Especially for local colleges and universities,due to the limitation of development foundation and development environment,how to allocate the limited human and financial resources scientifically to make it play its greatest role has a big practical significance.This paper takes the secondary college of a local university as the research object and decisionmaking unit,calculates the scientific research efficiency of each decision-making unit in 2018 by using DEA model,analyses the results and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the allocation of scientific research resources and raise the level of scientific research.
