Spleen disease Due to Depression Syndrome

郁证性脾病是指思虑伤脾所引起的郁证。本文从脾藏意智、思虑伤脾生理病理,从归脾汤类方与类归脾汤方的主治、适应症及组成药物性能,从其他治疗脾病方药的功能等几个方面论证了郁证性脾病的客观存在;并从心脾同病、肝脾同病、脾胃同病讨论了郁证性脾病与心病、肝病及胃病的关系。郁证性脾病的临床特征为:具有情志致病因素及其情志类临床表现,具有脾胃病类甚至脾胃病类以外内外妇儿五官科等广泛多样的躯体症状,具有心脾气血两虚的证候病机特点而需要同时治以益气健脾和养血安神者。

Spleen disease due to depression syndromerefers to depression syndrome which is caused by anxiety impairing the spleen.In the paper,we demonstrated that spleen disease due to depression syndrome is objective reality from various aspects,such as spleen storing idea,physiology and pathology about anxiety impairing the spleen,indications and componentsofGuipidecoction and its analogous prescriptions.At same time,the relationship between spleen disease due to depression syndrome and heart disease,liver disease,or stomach disease are discussed from liver-stomach disease,heart-spleen disease,and spleen-stomach disease.Then clinical features of spleen disease due to depression syndrome is depicted,which involves the following:emotional factors and manifestations,wide variety of somatic symptoms concerning spleen-stomach disorder,other internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatric,ophthalmology&otorhinolaryngology,pathogenic characteristics of bothdeficiency of heart and spleen qi and blood syndrome.As for the treatment,the methods of fortifying spleen qi and enriching the blood to tranquilize mind.
