摘要
心衰(心力衰竭,Heart failure)是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段,也是心血管领域最为棘手和最具挑战性的疾病。药对是中药配伍运用过程中最常见最基本的运用形式,且具有紧扣病机、功效专一、药简效强的特点,在运用到心衰治疗过程中疗效显著。该文整理了郭志华教授运用药对治疗心衰经验,并选取了其临床病案进一步佐证其遣方用药特色。郭教授治疗心衰经验独到,值得推广学习。
Heart failure is the terminal stage of all kinds of heart diseases,and it is also the most troublesome and challenging disease in the field of cardiology.Herbal pairs is the common and basic application form in the process of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and it has the characteristics of closely adhering to the pathogenesis,specific efficacy and strong efficacy,and also it has significant curative effect in the treatment of heart failure.The practical experience from GUO Zhihua in treating chronic heart failure by using herbal pairs was summarized.Some clinical medical records were selected to proof the medication characteristics in treating chronic heart failure.The unique experience from Professor GUO in treating heart failure is worthy of popularizing.
