泄浊通瘀方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对动脉粥样硬化患者中医证候积分和脂质代谢的影响

Effect of Xiezhuo Tongyu Prescription Combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules on TCM Syndrome Score and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Atherosclerosis

目的:观察泄浊通瘀方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对动脉粥样硬化属痰瘀互结证患者脂质代谢及中医证候积分的影响,探讨其抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的作用机制,为进一步深入研究其对AS的防治做好前期观察。方法:以76例痰瘀互结型动脉粥样硬化症患者为对象,按随机数表随机分观察组(泄浊通瘀方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌组)、西药对照组(阿托伐他汀组),各38例,疗程16周。观察组服用泄浊通瘀方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片,观察两组服药16周后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、中医证候积分情况。结果:两组患者治疗前后对比观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C的水平较治疗前有下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平较前有升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。其中观察组疗效优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:泄浊通瘀方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊具有改善临床症状,调节脂代谢作用,可通过改善脂代谢从而改善动脉粥样硬化。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiezhuo Tongyu decoction combined with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsules on lipid metabolism and TCM syndrome score in patients with stagnation of phlegm and stasis syndrome,and explore its anti-atherosclerosis(AS)mechanism To make a preliminary observation for further study of its prevention and treatment of AS.Methods:A total of 76 patients with sputum and stasis atherosclerosis were randomly divided into observation group(Xiezhuo Tongyu Recipe and Bifidobacterium triple viable group)and western medicine control group(Atorva Statin group),38 cases each,the course of treatment was 16 weeks.The observation group was treated with Xiezhuo Tongyu Recipe combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules,the control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),and low density were observed in the two groups after 16 weeks of medication Lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),and TCM syndrome scores.Results:The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group before and after treatment were significantly lower in the two groups than in the control group(P<0.01);the levels of serum total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and LDL-C were lower than before treatment,and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)The level is higher than before,and the difference is significant(P<0.01).The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiezhuo Tongyu decoction combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules can improve clinical symptoms,regulate lipid metabolism,and improve atherosclerosis by improving lipid metabolism.
