解郁安神汤联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性评价

Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined with Quetiapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的:研究探讨解郁安神汤联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性评价分析。方法:选取符合标准的94例精神分裂症患者开展本项研究,按门诊收诊的先后顺序编号,奇数号纳入观察组、偶数号纳入对照组,每组各47例。对照组给予喹硫平治疗,观察组在此基础上联合解郁安神汤进行治疗。连续治疗3个月后对2组患者的临床疗效、阳性与阴性症状评分、认知功能评分、不良反应发生率等进行统计对比。结果:观察组总有效率为89.36%(42/47),高于对照组为72.34%(34/47)(P<0.05)。观察组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于对照组,韦克斯勒记忆量表(WMS)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为17.02%(8/47),对照组为10.64%(5/47)(P>0.05)。结论:解郁安神汤联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效显著,能够改善患者的精神分裂症症状,提高患者的认知功能,且不良反应少,安全高效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 94 patients with schizophrenia who met the criteria were selected for this study.The patients were numbered according to the order of outpatient admissions.Odd numbers were included in the observation group and even numbers were included in the control group.Each group had 47 patients.The control group was treated with quetiapine,and the observation group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction on this basis.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,positive and negative symptom scores,cognitive function scores,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.36%(42/47),which was 72.34%(34/47)higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the Wexler Memory Scale(WMS)and Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 17.02%(8/47),and the control group was 10.64%(5/47)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with quetiapine has a significant effect on schizophrenia.It can improve the symptoms of schizophrenia and improve the cognitive function of patients.
