脑卒中偏瘫痉挛的治疗方法众多,针刺治疗脑卒中偏瘫痉挛有显著疗效,该文简要介绍了脑卒中偏瘫痉挛的针刺治疗方式,从针具,针刺部位以及针刺方法分类,重点综述了火针、电针、头针、腹针、针刺夹脊穴、恢刺法、透刺法以及巨刺法等治疗脑卒中偏瘫痉挛,对未来治疗该病在选择针刺方法上一定的指导作用,并且指出了针刺治疗在研究机制、创新性、特异性等方面的不足,以及今后的发展方向。
