中西医康复治疗中风后足内翻研究进展

Research progress of Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation in treatment of foot varus after stroke

分析近五年中、西医康复治疗中风后足内翻患者研究进展,对过去、现在的治疗方式进行总结分析并提出将来的展望。目前足内翻的康复治疗较多,主要有中医治疗,西医治疗及中西医结合治疗。中医主要以针灸等方法以疏通经络气血等治疗患者,西医则以药物、矫形、手术等治疗纠正患者的足内翻。两者各有优缺点,相互促进其疗效,因此临床中常常以综合性治疗为主。本文采用文献检索法,收集近五年来关于中西医康复治疗中风后足内翻的相关文献,并进行归纳总结。

In the past five years,the research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation therapy for patients with foot inversion after stroke was analyzed,and the past and present treatment methods were summarized and analyzed,and future prospects were proposed.At present,there are many rehabilitation treatments for foot varus,mainly including traditional Chinese medicine treatment,western medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine uses acupuncture and other methods to clear the meridian,qi and blood,etc.,while western medicine uses medicine,orthopedics,and surgery to correct the patient’s foot varus.Both have their own advantages and disadvantages,and promote their effectiveness,so comprehensive treatment is often the main treatment in clinical practice.In this paper,the literature search method was used to collect the relevant literature on rehabilitation of foot inversion after stroke in the past five years,and summarized them.
