心脾两虚型失眠中医治疗研究概况

Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Insomnia caused by Deficiency of Heart and Spleen

[背景]目前心脾两虚型失眠人群日益增多且中医治疗失眠确有疗效。[目的]研究心脾两虚型失眠的中医治疗方法,为临床治疗提供依据和思路。[方法]通过检索文献收集近2年对心脾两虚型失眠的中医治疗方法,进行分析分类并归纳总结。[结果]中医治疗失眠具有多种疗法,效果明确。[问题与展望]现有文献可证明中医方法治愈失眠患者众多,但长期随访观察较少,期待有更加全面的研究。

Background:At present,the number of insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency is increasing,and traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating insomnia.Objective:To study the Chinese medicine treatment method of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen,and to provide basis and ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:The Chinese medicine treatment methods for insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen in the past 2 years were collected by searching the literature,analyzed and classified,and summarized.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine has multiple therapies for insomnia with clear results.Problems and Prospects:The existing literature can prove that there are many patients with insomnia cured by traditional Chinese medicine,but there are fewer long-term follow-up observations,and more comprehensive research is expected.
