摘要
磨细粉煤灰具有较大的比表面积和良好的火山灰活性,掺入水泥混凝土中能有效改善水泥混凝土内部密实度,从而提高水泥混凝土的抗碳化性能。试验使用碳化深度法和碳酸钙含量测试法对粉磨前后粉煤灰制备混凝土的抗碳化性能进行了研究,并对其进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:相比于掺加未粉磨粉煤灰的混凝土,磨细粉煤灰制备的混凝土抗压强度和抗碳化性能均有明显提高,当粉煤灰掺量为20%时,混凝土的7 d碳化深度下降了30%左右。
Based on the high specific surface area and the pozzolanic activity,ground fly ash is now used in concrete to improve the internal density and enhance the carbonation resistance.Carbonation depth method and CaCO3 content test method are both used to study and compare the carbonation behavior of concrete containing ground fly ash.The results show that,compared to concrete containing raw fly ash,the compressive strength and carbonation resistance of concrete containing ground fly ash are much higher.When the addition of fly ash is 20%,the 7 d carbonation depth of concrete containing ground fly ash is 30%lower than concrete containing raw fly ash.
