摘要
电力工作井的预制化、装配化是我国电力管沟施工机械化发展的方向。研发了一种新型的装配式预制混凝土圆形电力工作井。根据实际工程需求,提出了相应的模块化方案和结构设计方案,可适应多种入孔所处地形条件。通过有限元计算对结构整体和装配连接部位进行了细致的分析。设计制作了相应的模板并最终制作了一个足尺结构。结果表明,采用等同设计进行结构整体设计再对连接部位进行细部加强的举措,可以使得该结构满足实际工程需求。模块化设计可以有效地减少预制、运输和现场机械化施工成本,并缩短施工周期。
The prefabrication and assembly of power manhole is the direction of mechanization development of power pipe ditch construction in China.An innovative prefabricate concrete circular electric manhole is developed.According to the actual engineering requirements,the corresponding modularization and structural design schemes are put forward,which can adapt to the terrain conditions of various manholes.The structural integrity and assembly connection parts are analyzed by finite element analysis.The corresponding template was designed and manufactured,and finally a full-scale structure was produced.The results show that the use of the equivalent design for the overall design of the structure and the detailed strengthening of the joints can make the structure meet the actual engineering needs.Modular design can effectively reduce the cost of prefabrication,transportation and site mechanization construction,and shorten the construction period.
