风险社会是对当前人类所处风险时代特征的一种特定的政治、经济、社会、文化形态的概括与描述,它具有产生根源的内生性、发展过程的延展性、影响范围的全球性、后果计算的不确定性、应对方法的复杂性等特征。新冠肺炎疫情的暴发是对风险社会中社区治理体系和治理能力的一个大检验。对此,必须重新确定风险社会中社区治理的重要性,加大社区防控力度,发挥社区居民的作用,建构防控疫情风险的社区治理共同体。

Risk society is the summary and description of a specific political,economic,social and cultural form of the risk era in which human beings are living.It is characterized by the endogeneity of the origin,the extension of the development process,the global scope of influence,the uncertainty of consequence calculation,and the complexity of the corresponding methods,etc.The outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia is a big test of the community governance system and capacity in risk society.Therefore,it is necessary to redefine the importance of community governance in risk society,strengthen the epidemic prevention and control of community,give full play to the role of residents in community,and thus build the Community of community governance to prevent and control epidemic risks.
