摘要
早龄期混凝屋面板所处环境复杂,开裂现象比较普遍。为了定量的测得约束条件对早龄期混凝土屋面板温度应力的影响,采用ABAQUS软件,对3种典型约束下的龄期为3 d的混凝土屋面板进行降温模拟,并对3种约束条件下的屋面板温度应力进行了对比分析。结果表明,降温过程中不同约束条件下的屋面板应力水平差距很大且应力发展状态各不相同。屋面板养护过程中,应根据实际情况对其高应力区域进行重点监控,预防裂缝出现。
The environment of early age concrete roof is complex and cracking is common.In order to quantitatively measure the influence of constraint conditions on the temperature stress of early age concrete roof slab,ABAQUS software was used to conduct numerical simulation on the concrete roof slab with 3 days of age under three typical constraints,and comparative analysis was conducted on the temperature stress of the roof slab under the three constraints.The results show that the stress levels of roof slabs under different restraints vary greatly and the stress development states are different.During the maintenance of roof slabs,the high-stress area should be monitored to prevent cracks.
