Expert consensus on clinical application of patch test(2020 revised version)

变应性接触性皮炎是临床常见的过敏性疾病,斑贴试验是寻找并明确接触性变应原的金标准。随着接触性皮炎流行病学、发病机制和临床表现认识的加深,以及斑贴试验规范化应用要求的提高,有关共识需要不断更新和完善。本共识是在2015年版斑贴试验临床应用专家共识的基础上进行更新,尤其细化了临床适应证的选择,完善了结果判断和解释,增加了延迟检测及患者教育等,以进一步规范斑贴试验的临床应用并提升其价值。

Allergic contact dermatitis is a common allergic disease in clinical practice.Patch test is the gold standard for finding and clarifying contact allergens.With the deepening of the understanding of epidemiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of contact dermatitis,as well as the increase in requirements for standardized application of patch tests,the relevant consensus needs to be continuously updated and improved.This consensus is updated on the basis of the version issued in 2015.In this revised version,the selection of clinical indications is refined,the judgment and interpretation of results are improved,and delayed detection and patient education are added.It is hoped that this consensus will help to further standardize clinical application of patch test and improve its value.
