摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类特殊的非编码RNA分子,与传统的线性RNA(linear RNA)不同,它是通过反向剪接形成的闭合RNA分子。由于circRNA缺少可接触的末端,可以避免被核酸外切酶降解,因此能够稳定存在于各种类型的真核细胞中,表达更加稳定。文章主要从circRNA的产生机制、生理学特性、检测方法以及研究思路等方面进行综述,并总结和归纳了近年来circRNA在猪中的研究进展。
Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a special class of non-coding RNA molecules.Unlike traditional linear RNA,it is a closed RNA molecule formed by reverse shearing.Because circRNAs lack accessible ends,it can avoid degradation by exonuclease,and therefore can be stably present in various types of eukaryotic cells,and its expression is more stable.In this paper,the mechanism,biological functions,detec tion methods and research ideas of circRNAs were reviewed,and the research progress of circRNAs in pigs were summarized in recent years.
