耦合网络视角下微信群对组织中知识传播影响 被引量:2

The Effect of WeChat Group on Knowledge Transmission in an Organization from the Perspective of Coupled Network

摘要 基于耦合网络理论,建立了微信群与线下互动双层耦合网络中的知识传播模型,应用下一代矩阵法推导出区分知识在这一耦合网络中传播与否的阈值条件。理论分析和仿真结果表明,微信群既可以对组织中知识的传播起到促进作用,也可能产生抑制作用。当员工在单位时间内通过微信群和线下社交网络两种渠道交流知识的次数较接近时,这一耦合网络中传播趋于稳态时的知识拥有者比例较大;员工在单位时间内通过微信群交流的次数过多或过少,都将对整个耦合网络中知识的传播产生抑制作用。研究还表明,这一耦合网络的拓扑结构对知识传播有重要影响,无标度耦合网络中知识的传播速度和范围均大于匀质耦合网络。 Knowledge transmission model in the double-layer coupled network formed by WcChat group and offline communication between employees is constructed based on the theory of coupled network.The threshold conditions for distinguishing whether knowledge propagates in the coupled network arc derived by using the method of next generation.The results show that WcChat group can not only promote the dissemination of knowledge,but also inhibit the dissemination of knowledge in the organization.If the number of times that employees discuss knowledge in WcChat group and the number of times that employees communicate in offline social network arc closer in unit time,the proportion of knowledge owners in the coupled network is larger when transmission tends to steady state.If employees communicate too much or too little through WcChat group in unit time,it will inhibit the spread of knowledge in the whole coupled network.The study also shows that the topological structure of coupled network has an important impact on knowledge propagation.The speed and range of knowledge transmission in scale-free coupled network arc larger than those in homogeneous coupled network.
