46,XY,t(12;18)(q24.1q23)伴少弱精一例 被引量:2

摘要 患者男,23岁,结婚1年妻子未孕。患者表型正常,自述无遗传病家族史,平素偶尔抽烟,少量饮酒。体格检查:身高174 cm,体重69 kg,两侧睾丸发育正常。血清内分泌检查:性激素六项均在正常范围内。患者Y染色体微缺失检测正常。患者精液常规分析示精子数量少,精子活率低。
