运动干预在肺癌手术患者预后中的研究进展

Research progress of exercise intervention in the prognosis of lung cancer patients treated with sugery

外科手术是治疗肺癌的重要手段,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期及部分ⅢA期的患者均可通过手术获益,但手术引起的并发症、后遗症及社会效益的损耗众所周知。近年来,运动干预作为一新兴领域,已被逐渐应用于肺癌患者围手术期的康复中。文章从肺癌手术患者的并发症及后遗症、运动干预的常见方式及评价指标、运动干预影响患者预后的机制、运动干预在肺癌手术患者各个时期的应用四个方面的最新研究进展进行整合分析,得出结论,适宜的运动干预可为不同时期的肺癌手术患者带来获益。

Surgery is an important means of treating lung cancer.Patients in stage I,II and some stage III can benefit from surgery.However,the complications,sequelae and loss of social benefits caused by surgery are well known.In recent years,exercise intervention has become more and more concerned which has been gradually applied to the rehabilitation of perioperative patients with lung cancer.The complications and sequelae of surgical patients,the methods and evaluation indexes of common exercise interventions,the mechanisms of exercise-induced prognosis,and the application of exercise intervention in various stages of lung cancer surgery patients will be analyzed in this article.It is concluded that appropriate exercise intervention can bring benefits to lung cancer patients treated with surgery in everyperiod,which is worthy of in-depth research and promotion.
