饮食干预在肿瘤合并糖尿病行胸部放疗患者中的应用

Application of dietary intervention in patients with tumor and diabetes undergoing thoracic radiotherapy

目的探讨在肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中应用饮食干预的可行性及临床效果。方法将2018年5月至2018年8月江苏省肿瘤医院收治的41例肿瘤合并糖尿病行胸部放疗患者设为对照组;2018年9月至2018年12月收治的43例肿瘤合并糖尿病行胸部放疗患者设为观察组,实施饮食干预。两组均以整体护理为基础,以饮食知识知晓率、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病急性并发症为主要评价指标。结果实施饮食干预的观察组与对照组相比,糖尿病急性并发症发生率为14.0%vs.36.5%,血糖控制更平稳;患者饮食知识掌握率为95.3%vs.58.5%;两组各指标间差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论饮食干预在肿瘤合并糖尿病患者护理中具有较好的临床意义和应用价值,提高了护理质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of dietary intervention in cancer patients combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods From May to August 2018,43 patients with cancer and diabetes mellitus who underwent chest radiotherapy were treated with dietary intervention as the observation group.And from September to December 2018,41 patients without dietary intervention were enrolled into the control group.The holistic nursing was applied in both of the two groups.Awareness rate of dietary knowledge,blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and acute complications of diabetes mellitus were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the patients in control group,the incidence of acute complications in the patients of observation group was lower(14.0%vs.36.5%)who had stable level of blood glucose.The awareness rate of dietary knowledge in patients of observation group was higher than that of control group(95.3%vs.58.5%)significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Dietary intervention has a good clinical significance and application value for tumor patients with diabetes mellitus receiving chest radiotherapy,which is worthy of promotion.
