阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果评价

Evaluation on clinical effect of azithromycin combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of asthma in children

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果评价。方法 40例哮喘患儿,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组治疗效果、体征与症状消失时间、住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿体征与症状消失时间(3.4±0.25)d、住院时间(3.5±0.15)d,均短于对照组的(4.7±0.30)、(5.3±0.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索治疗哮喘疾病中效果显著,可加速改善临床症状,缩短患儿住院时间,有效缓解患儿临床体征以及指标,提高患儿的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods A total of 40 children with asthma were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated by azithromycin on the basis of conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated by ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, sign and symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.00% in the observation group was higher than 65.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The sign and symptom disappearance time(3.4±0.25) d and hospitalization time(3.5±0.15) d in the observation group were shorter than(4.7±0.30) and(5.3±0.24) d in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with ambroxol hydrochloride shows remarkable effect in the treatment of asthma, which can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms, shorten the hospitalization time of children, effectively alleviate the clinical signs and indicators, and improve their quality of life.
