摘要 砷广泛存在于铅锌冶炼的各个环节,砷的化合物都具有很强的毒性。砷还是一种有用资源,金属砷、砷的氧化物和砷酸盐被广泛用于冶金、农业和医疗各个领域。本文讨论了铅锌冶炼过程中提取砷及其化合物的方法。讨论了粗铅、铜浮渣、阳极泥、冶炼烟尘以及污酸水、沉锗后液中的砷和砷化合物的提取方法。主要有火法和湿法两类,火法主要是根据砷的氧化物和硫化物易挥发的特性,经挥发、冷凝制得As 2O 3或粗砷产品,湿法是根据砷的氧化物易溶于水形成砷酸,通过氧化浸出、结晶、沉淀等将阳极泥、粉尘以及废水中的砷转化为As 2O 3产品或转化为稳定的砷酸盐沉淀。 Arsenic is widely found in the process of lead and zinc smelting.Arsenic and its compound are highly toxic.Arsenic is a useful resource;its oxide and arsenate are widely used in the field of metallurgy,agriculture,medical,and so on.This paper discussed the extraction method of arsenic in the process of lead and zinc smelting,including anode mud,smelt dust,and sewage acid water.There are two kinds of methods for arsenic extraction,one is pyro-metallurgical method,another is hydrometallurgical method.The pyro-metallurgical method is according to the volatile properties of the arsenic oxides and arsenic sulfide by volatilization and condensation to prepare arsenic oxide and coarse arsenic products.The hydrometallurgical method is according to the property which arsenic oxides is soluble in water to form arsenic acid by oxidation leaching,crystallization,precipitation to transform the arsenic in dust,mud and sewage water into arsenic oxide or stable arsenate precipitation.
