摘要
依据连镇铁路五峰山长江特大桥工程项目“五峰山长江大桥主缆系统检修设备研究课题”(课题号2017167),针对悬索桥主缆检修功能要求的特点,运用模块化设计方法,研发了一种自牵引式检修车。该检修车具备大角度爬升、行走自动纠偏、自动跨越主缆索夹等特点。研究分析了检修车的总体功能要求及不同实现方式的优缺点,并对检修车车轮对主缆表面的作用与影响进行了分析、研究,同时对检修车主体结构进行了强度与安全性分析。
According to"Research Subject on Main Cable System Inspection Equipment of Wufeng Mountain Changjiang River Bridge"(No.2017167)in Lianzhen Railway Wufeng Mountain Changjiang River Bridge Project,a self-traction inspection vehicle is researched and developed for the inspection characteristics,functions and requirements of the main cable of suspension bridge by using the modular design method.This inspection vehicle has the characteristics of wide-angle climbing,automatic deviation correction of travel and automatically spanning the main cable clamp.The overall functional requirements of inspection vehicle,and the advantages and disadvantages of the different implementation methods are studied and analyzed.The effect and influence of inspection vehicle wheel on the surface of main cable are analyzed and studied.At the same time,the strength and safety of the main structure of the inspection vehicle are analyzed.
