钢筋气压焊质量管控研究

摘要 钢筋气压焊接技术凭借成本低、工效高、接头强度高、节约材料等特点广泛应用于工程建设中。为了让钢筋气压焊技术更好地服务于工程,提升气压焊焊接质量,首先对钢筋气压焊技术和施工工艺进行了简单介绍。通过对钢筋接头常见质量问题的成因分析,发现焊接工人、焊接环境、焊接设备、钢筋材料、管理制度都是影响焊接质量的因素。因此,提出了通过培养高水平工人、规范焊接施工工艺、保证设备处于最佳状态、提供最佳的焊接环境、严格现场管理制度5个措施来提高气压焊焊接质量。 The rebar gas pressure welding technology is widely used in engineering construction by right of its low cost,high work efficiency,high joint strength and material saving.The rebar gas pressure welding technology and construction technology are briefly introduced in order to make this technology better serve the projects and to improve the welding quality of gas pressure wielding.By analyzing the causes of the common quality problems for the rebar joint,it is found that the welding workers,welding environment,welding equipment,rebar materials and management systems are all factors affecting the welding quality.Therefore,five measures of training the high-level workers,standardizing the welding construction process,keeping the equipment in top condition,providing the best welding environment and being the strict on-site management system are proposed.
