钻爆法双层隧道的衬砌结构设计与分析

摘要 以某钻爆法双层隧道项目为例,采用同济曙光、midas Civil结构设计软件对隧道二次衬砌进行建模分析。通过研究车道板、车辆荷载及围岩级别对衬砌结构的影响,得到主要结论:车道板及车辆荷载作用对双层隧道衬砌结构的影响不可忽略;对于围岩级别较差或浅埋隧道,车道板可有效控制衬砌边墙的变形,并大幅减小衬砌结构内力峰值;对于围岩级别较好或深埋隧道,车道板无法改善衬砌结构内力,甚至导致内力水平增加。 Taking a double-deck tunnel project by drilling blasting method as an example,the structural design software of GeoFBA and Midas Civil are used to model and analyze the secondary lining of tunnel.By studying the influence of lane slab,vehicle load and surrounding rock level on lining structure,the main conclusions show that the effect of lane slab and vehicle load on the double-deck tunnel lining structure cannot be neglected.For shallow buried tunnels with poor surrounding rock,the lane slab can effectively control the deformation of lining side wall and greatly reduce the internal force peak of lining structure.For deep buried tunnels with better surrounding rock,the lane slab cannot improve the internal force of lining structure,even increase its internal force level.
