基层水管事业单位固定资产管理存在的问题及对策

固定资产是基层水管事业单位的重要经济资源,基层水管事业单位需要用它完成各项业务活动。固定资产既是基层水管事业单位深化改革,发挥自身职能的重要保障,也是基层水管事业单位得以高质量发展的物质基础。但目前基层水管事业单位固定资产管理水平普遍不高,存在使用效率低、处置不规范、流失严重等问题。固定资产的管理不善不仅会造成国有资产流失,也制约了基层水管事业单位的进一步发展。研究将从当前基层水管事业单位固定资产管理中存在的普遍问题入手,对问题的成因进行研究分析,并提出相应的对策。

Fixed assets are important economic resources of grass-roots water management institutions,which need to be used to complete various business activities.Fixed assets are not only the important guarantee for the deepening reform of grass-roots water management institutions and their functions,but also the material basis for the high-quality development.However,at present,the management level of fixed assets in grass-roots water management institutions is generally not high,and there are some problems,such as low efficiency,non-standard disposal,seriously loss and so on.The poor management of fixed assets not only causes the loss of state-owned assets,but also restricts the further development of grass-roots water management institutions.Grass-roots water management institutions should attach great importance to the management of fixed assets and take corresponding measures to deal with the existing problems.Starting with the common problems existing in the management of fixed assets in grass-roots water management institutions,the causes of the problems were studied and analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
