摘要 甩弯铺设是海上柔性管道安装的重要一环,分析影响柔性管道甩弯铺设的主要参数和设计作业船舶的移船方案是甩弯铺设的关键。基于DNV GL-RP-F109规范和悬链线方程,得出水平控制距离是柔性管道甩弯铺设的主要影响参数。结合工程实例,利用数值分析方法模拟柔性管道在不同水平控制距离取值工况下的甩弯铺设过程,并设计移船方案。研究结果表明,水平控制距离的取值上下限分别取决于柔性管道触泥点水平张力和管道安装最小弯曲半径,甩弯铺设时作业船舶的运动轨迹取决于柔性管道甩弯路由半径和水平控制距离的大小。本文的研究方法和结果可为柔性管道甩弯铺设作业设计提供参考。 Curved laying is a critical activity of flexible pipe offshore installation.The key issue for the curved laying design is to assess the main curved laying parameters and design the vessel movement plan.Determine the layback is the main concern for flexible pipe curved laying analysis according the DNVGL-RP-F109 code.The numerical method is employed to simulate the flexible pipe laying in a curve with various laybacks and a vessel movement plan is recommend.The results indicate that the layback range is determined by horizontal tension and installation minimum bend radius of the flexible pipe at TDP.The installation vessel movement route is an arc associated with the flexible design route radius and layback.This investigation can be used as a reference for flexible pipe curved laying operations.
