摘要
水下采油树是海洋油气开发的关键装备,该设备制造技术长期以来被国外垄断。为了加快我国海洋油气的开发步伐,降低开发成本,依托863计划课题和中石油重点研发项目,我国突破了水下高压密封、水下远程控制、复杂形面零件加工及检测等多项关键技术,成功研制了拥有自主知识产权的水下卧式采油树。厂内试验表明,其各项指标均已达到设计要求,18米浅水试验进一步验证了水下卧式采油树的安装回收功能、ROV操作性能和水下远程控制功能均满足设计要求,试验获得的基础数据及技术经验作为宝贵的科研成果,对下一步工程海试具有重要的指导意义。
Subsea horizontal tree is the key equipment for offshore oil and gas development and has long been monopolized by foreign companies.In order to speed up the development of China s offshore oil and gas,reduce development costs,relying on the 863 program project and R&D projects of CNPC,a subsea horizontal tree with independent intellectual property rights has been successfully developed after breakthroughs in key technologies such as underwater high pressure sealing,subsea remote control,complex shaped parts processing and testing.Factory acceptance tests show that its various parameter meet the design requirements,and the 18-meter shallow water test further verifies the installation and recovery function,ROV operation performance and subsea remote control of the subsea horizontal tree,the test results show that they all meet the design requirements,and the basic data and technical experience obtained from the test are valuable scientific research results,which have important guiding significance for the next phase sea trial.
