摘要
大位移井可以利用现有海上平台,对边际油田和平台周边区块进行勘探和开发,较大程度地节省海上作业费用。针对东海油气藏地质情况复杂,勘探开发成本高的情况,在现有平台基础上,利用大位移井技术进行勘探和开发将是未来东海油气发展的一个方向。在大位移井完井作业过程中,由于井筒条件的限制,井筒清洁难度大、射孔作业风险高、生产管柱气密性要求高。通过近年来东海大位移井完井作业实践,在井筒清洁、射孔安全、生产管柱密封性等方面,探索出了一套适合东海大位移井完井的技术,以供后期大位移井完井作业借鉴。
Extended reach well use existing offshore platforms to conduct exploration and development of marginal oilfields and the surrounding blocks of the platforms,greatly saving offshore operating costs.In view of the complicated geological conditions of the East China Sea oil and gas reservoirs and the high cost of exploration and development,the exploration and development of extended reach well technology based on the existing platform will be a direction for the development of the East China Sea in the future.During the completion of extended reach well,due to the limitations of wellbore conditions,it is difficult to clean the wellbore;perforation operations are high risk;and the airtightness of production tubing strings is high.Based on the completion practices of the East China Sea extended reach well in recent years,in the aspects of wellbore cleaning,perforation safety,and tightness of production tubing,a set of technologies suitable for the East China Sea extended reach well completion have been explored for later completion of the extended reach well drawing on well operations.
