摘要
为满足海底单层保温配重管补口防水和保温要求,本文结合海洋油气管线现场铺设和服役工况,优化设计了“热收缩带+聚氨酯弹性体”的补口结构,并开展了工艺评定试验。试验结果显示,“热收缩带+聚氨酯弹性体”补口施工方便;聚氨酯弹性体导热系数为0.158 W/m·K;补口结构经过79℃,0.3 MPa,7 d静水压密封试验,无透水现象,显示了良好的保温和防水密封性能。该补口技术成功地在蓬莱19-3油田4区调整项目海底管线实现工程应用。
In order to meet the water resistance and thermal insulation requirements of field joint for single layer heat insulation concrete weight coating pipe,combining with laying and service condition of offshore oil/gas pipeline,the“heat shrinkable sleeve+polyurethane elastomer”field joint structure was designed in this article,and the procedure qualification trial(PQT)was carried out as well.The PQT results indicate that“heat shrinkable sleeve+polyurethane elastomer”field joint structure features convenient application.The thermal conductivity coefficient of polyurethane elastomer is 0.158W/m·K.The field joint structure has passed“79℃,0.3MPa,7d”hydraulic pressure seal test with no permeable phenomenon observed,which shows excellent heat insulation and water resistance performance.This field joint application technique has been successfully applied in the subsea pipeline of PL19-3 oilfield 4 area adjustment project.
