浅谈供给侧改革下的供应链优化问题——以云南蒙自石榴为例

经过多年的努力,我国的经济不断发展迈入了新台阶。农业的主要矛盾由总量不足转变为结构性矛盾,突出表现为阶段性供过于求和供给不足并存,矛盾的主要方面在供给侧。供给侧改革的实施,对于云南蒙自石榴是难得的机会。蒙自石榴供应链的供给侧改革需要种植户、经销商、企业共同合作,降低成本,扩大石榴的有效供给,提高蒙自石榴供给结构对需求结构变化的时效性,适应性和灵活性。可以解决蒙自石榴在供应链过程中存在的低质量和低效率的问题,优化供应链过程,以及降低了蒙自石榴在运输过程中的配送成本和减少了诸多库存。
