基于“过程导向,能力为本”的农学类专业创新创业教育体系创新与实践——以鲁东大学为例

The Construction of the Whole Process-oriented and Ability-based Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Agricultural Majors:A Case Study of Ludong University

高校创新创业教育存在对创新创业教育认识不到位、没有真正把创新创业教育和专业教育结合起来等问题。鲁东大学水产养殖学、园艺、农学等农学类相关专业,将创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,构建了覆盖全体师生、过程导向、能力为本的农学类专业创新创业教育体系。通过优化创新创业课程、强化实践教学内容,修订人才培养方案,构建以培养学生创新创业能力为核心的课程体系;通过开展“实践导向”的课堂教学、推行学业导师指导下的“三位驱动”生产实习模式、改革考核方式,构建突出创新创业能力培养的人才培养体系;通过打造高素质创新创业师资队伍、建立大学生农业创业园、办好创新创业竞赛,进一步完善创新创业训练体系。该创新创业教育体系的实施,较好地促进了科教融合,大学生创新能力明显提升。

There are many problems in innovative and entrepreneurial education in universities,such as not having recognized the true meaning of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and not really combining innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education.Based on aquaculture,horticulture,agronomy and other agronomy-related majors of Ludong University,this study constructed the innovation and entrepreneurship education system covering all teachers and students with the whole process-oriented and ability-based.By optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum and strengthening the content of practical teaching,the training program was revised and a curriculum system with the core of cultivating students'innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities was built.Through the implementation of"practical-oriented"class teaching,the"three-drive"production practice mode under the guidance of academic tutors,and reform assessment methods,the talent training system that highlights the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial abilities was established.By creating a high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial faculty,establishing agricultural entrepreneurship park,and running successful innovation and entrepreneurship competition,the innovation and entrepreneurship training system was improved.The implementation of this innovation and entrepreneurship education system has promoted the integration of science and education,and the students'innovation ability was improved significantly.
