摘要
目的探讨医院卫生管理的问题及措施。方法医院2016年10月—2017年9月期间行常规管理,2017年10月—2018年9月期间分析医疗质量管理活动中存在的问题并制定改进措施实施管理,抽取此两时段各100例患者,统计其住院期间不良事件发生情况并完成改进前后对比,对照管理前后管理质量评分。结果此次观察中改进后不良事件发生率显著低于改进前(12.0%vs.4.0%),管理质量评分显著高于改进前[(69.58±4.63)分vs.(89.63±4.36)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院医疗质量管理工作中依然存在许多问题,只有通过合理分析现阶段存在的问题制定合理改进措施才能提高医疗服务质量,为患者获得更好的临床诊疗服务提供有利条件。
Objective To explore the problems and measures of hospital health management.Methods During October 2016 to September 2017,routine management was carried out in our hospital.During October 2017 to September 2018,problems in medical quality management activities were analyzed and improvement measures were formulated to implement management.100 patients in each period were selected,and adverse events during hospitalization were counted and compared before and after improvement.Management quality scores before and after management were compared.Results In this observation,the incidence of adverse events after improvement was significantly lower than that before improvement(12.0%vs.4.0%),management quality score was significantly higher than that before improvement[(69.58±4.63)vs.(89.63±4.36)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are still many problems in the management of hospital medical quality.Only by analyzing the existing problems and making reasonable improvement measures can we improve the quality of medical service and provide favorable conditions for patients to get better clinical diagnosis and treatment services.
