儿童BMI定期检测及骨密度测试在保健发育中的应用

Application of Regular Testing of Children's Body Mass Index and Bone Mineral Density Test in Children's Health Development

目的探究儿童BMI(身体质量指数)及骨密度测试在保健发育中应用。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月本院儿童保健科进行体格检查的188例儿童进行观察,并随机分为对照组(n=94)常规保健教育,观察组(n=94)予以儿童BMI及骨密度测试,对比两组在儿童保健的应用效果。结果两组儿童干预前后生长发育对比,干预前两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组sos值、z值、百分比对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组sos值、z值、百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定期对儿童进行BMI以及骨密度测试,在保健发育中临床应用效果较好,能够有利于提高儿童的生长发育。

Objective To analyze the regular testing of children's body mass index and bone mineral density test in application of children's health development.Methods 188 cases of children who underwent physical examination in our hospital of Department of Child Healthcare from December 2016 to December 2018were selected as the observation,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=94)given routine health education,while the observation group(n=94)given regular body mass index test and bone mineral density test.Then,the application effect in children's health care of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sos value,z value and percentage between two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the sos value,z value and percentage in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than thosein the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular testing of children's body mass index and bone mineral density has good clinical application effect in health care and development,which can help to improve children's growth and development.
