三种高填料型流动树脂用于后牙区充填的体外研究

摘要 目的探讨高填料型流动树脂用于后牙承力区充填的可行性。方法根据ISO4049标准制备试件,采用电子式万能试验机测试材料的挠曲强度;动态超显微硬度仪测试材料的硬度;用四种树脂以不同方式充填后牙Ⅱ类洞,并用亚甲基蓝色染色法测试材料的微渗漏情况。结果挠曲强度的大小顺序为:BFP<LV2<Z350<SDR,其中Z350与SDR组间差异具有统计学意义。硬度由大到小依次为:Z350>BFP≈LV2>SDR,Z350与SDR、LV2、BFP间硬度比较,差异均有统计学意义。七种充填方式中,SDR+Z350充填产生的微渗漏较大。结论高填料型树脂LV2、BFP的机械性能与传统型复合树脂Z350相似,可达到牙合面修复材料的要求;高填料型流动树脂垫底具有优越性。 Objective To analyze the mechanical properties of three kinds of highly-filled flowable composites.Methods According to iso4049 standard,the specimens were prepared,and the flexure strength of the materials was tested by electronic universal testing machine;the hardness of the materials was tested by dynamic ultra micro hardness tester;the four resins were filled with classⅡholes of the posterior teeth in different ways,and the microleakage of the materials was tested by methylene blue staining.Results The order of the flexural strength is:BFP<LV2<Z350<SDR,and the difference between the Z350 and SDR groups is statistically significant.The hardness in descending order is:Z350>BFP≈LV2>SDR.Comparing the hardness between Z350 and SDR,LV2,BFP,the differences are statistically significant.Among the seven filling methods,the micro-leakage produced by the SDR+Z350 filling was large.Conclusion Highly-filled flowable composites show similar comprehensive mechanical properties to conventional composite resin.Filling the classⅡcavity with highly-filled flowable composites+conventional composites showed less microleakage except for SDR.
