针灸治疗脑梗死后痉挛性瘫痪选穴规律研究

Study on Acupoint Selection of Spastic Paralysis After Cerebral Infarction Treated With Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的分析研究针灸治疗脑梗死后痉挛性瘫痪临床选穴规律。方法对2010年2月—2019年5月中国知网、万方以及维普数据库中有关脑梗死后痉挛性瘫痪取穴的文献进行检索,通过数据挖掘法筛选出与纳入标准相符的文献,总结分析其中涉及的穴位、穴位处方,确定选穴规律。结果针灸治疗脑梗死后痉挛性瘫痪的选穴规律是局部取穴、循经取穴以及对特定穴取穴予以重视。结论针灸治疗脑梗死后痉挛性瘫痪需要以中医辨证论治原则及阴阳平衡理论为指导,选取属于手少阳三焦经、足少阳胆经、手阳明大肠经等痉挛瘫痪肢体所在的腧穴加以配伍,从而将腧穴协同增效的作用充分发挥出来,进一步促使针灸治疗效果的有效提升。

Objective To study the rule of clinical acupoint selection in the treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction by Acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods From Feburary 2010 to May 2019,the literatures about spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.Literatures consistent with the inclusion criteria were screened by data mining method.The prescriptions of acupoints and acupoints involved were summarized and analyzed,and the rules of acupoint selection were determined.Results Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction is based on local acupoint selection,meridian-based acupoint selection and special acupoint selection.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction should be guided by the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of Yin-Yang balance.Acupoints belonging to the limbs of spastic paralysis such as the Sanjiao Meridian of Hand Shaoyang,the Bile Meridian of Foot Shaoyang,and the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming should be combined so as to give full play to the synergistic effect of acupoints.Promote the effective improvement of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
