中药方联合甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺癌术后患者的效果观察

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction Combined With Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on Postoperative Patients With Thyroid Cancer

目的探析益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺癌术后患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取医院于2015年1月—2018年6月收治的40例甲状腺癌术后患者为研究对象,采取随机分组法将其分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组患者给予左甲状腺素钠治疗,观察组患者在此基础之上加用益气养阴散结汤予以联合治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床症状恢复时间、TG(thyroglobulin,甲状腺球蛋白)与TSH(thyroid stimulating hormone,促甲状腺激素)的改善水平、治疗前后甲状腺结节的最大直径。结果本文研究结果中,两种药物联合使用治疗后,明显改善了患者心悸、口疮、声嘶、便干等临床症状;TG、TSH水平相较于治疗前得到显著降低。观察组各指标均优于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的甲状腺结节最大直径对比差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组甲状腺结节明显低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在左甲状腺素钠片的基础上加用益气养阴散结汤可进一步提高临床疗效,改善术后临床症状,减少并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.Methods Forty patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 20 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium,and patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction in combination.The clinical symptoms recovery time,improvement levels of TG and TSH,and the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results In the results of this study,the combined use of the two drugs significantly improved the clinical symptoms of patients with heart palpitations,aphtha,hoarseness,and dry stool;the levels of TG and TSH were significantly reduced compared to before treatment.The above results showed that all the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The thyroid nodules in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction on the basis of levothyroxine sodium tablets can further improve the clinical efficacy,improve postoperative clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and have clinical application value.
