Research on the Consistency of Education and Social Work in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代高职院校肩负着立德树人、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重大历史使命,针对当前高职院校育人工作存在的问题,尝试将社会工作融入高职院校育人工作之中,详细分析两者在服务理念、服务对象以及服务方法等方面存在契合性的基础上,提出“四融合”的实践路径,以此进一步提升高职院校育人工作的质量和水平。

In the new era,higher vocational colleges play an important role in moral education.Aiming at the problems existing in the education of higher vocational colleges,the research attempts to integrate social work into the education work of higher vocational colleges.Based on the detailed analysis of the agreement between the two in terms of service concept,service object and service method,it puts forward the practice path of“four integrations”,so as to further improve the quality and level of education in higher vocational colleges.
