摘要 采用L16(4^5)正交试验设计了解IBA、NAA和IAA对云南红豆杉扦插生根的影响。结果表明,16个水平组合的愈伤组织产生率为71.3%~89.2%,处理组合间愈伤组织产生率无显著差异(P≈0.944>0.05);16个处理组合的生根率为66.3%~85.0%,处理组合间生根率无显著差异(P≈0.894>0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果表明,生根率与愈伤组织产生率高度正相关(相关系数0.961);16个处理组合的平均生根率最高的是处理组合3(A1B3C3,0.00 g/L IBA、1.00 g/L NAA和0.80 g/L IAA)。 The effects of IBA,NAA and IAA on the rooting of Taxus yunnanensis were studied by L16(4^5)orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that the callus production rate of the 16 treated combinations was 71.3%~89.2%,which were no significant difference(P≈0.944>0.05),and the rooting rate was 66.3%~85.0%,which were no significant difference among the treatments(P≈0.894>0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the rooting rate was highly positively correlated with the callus production rate(correlation coefficient 0.961).The highest average rooting rate was treatment combination 3(A1B3C3,0.00 g/L IBA+1.00 g/L NAA+0.80 g/L IAA).
