摘要
目的miRNA-9和miRNA-218在髓母细胞瘤的表达及其诊断意义。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)技术分别检测11例MB患者癌组织(实验组)和癌旁组织(对照组)的miRNA-9和miRNA-218表达水平并进行统计分析。结果MB患者组织中miRNA-9相对表达量(0.44±0.40)低于癌旁组织,miRNA-218相对表达量(0.55±0.32)低于癌旁组织,两者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);miRNA-9和miRNA-218的表达与肿瘤大小、分期、是否转移无关(P>0.05)。结论MB患者组织中miRNA-218和miRNA-9均表达下降,提示其参与了MB的发病机制并在其中发挥重要作用,且两者可成为MB有效治疗靶点。
Objective To explore the expression and its clinical significance of miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 in medulloblastoma(MB).Methods The levels of tissues miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)technique in 11 patients with MB,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The relative amount of the expression of miRNA-9 in tissue of patients with MB(0.44±0.40)lower than that of the control group,the relative expression of miRNA-218(0.55±0.32)is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 was was not related to tumor diameter,tumor grade,and pathological stage(P>0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 in the patients with MB suggests that they are involved in the pathogenesis of MB and play an important role in the pathogenesis of MB.Both of them can be used as effective therapeutic targets.
