循经推拿联合刮痧对腰背痛老年患者疼痛程度及局部炎症反应的影响

Effects of introducing massage and scraping on pain and local inflammatory response in elderly patients with lumbago

目的探究循经推拿刮痧对腰背痛老年患者疼痛程度及局部炎症反应的影响。方法选取2015-09—2017-05河南省康复教育研究中心康复部收治的92例腰背痛老年患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组46例和对照组46例,对照组采用常规推法,观察组在对照组基础上加用循经推拿刮痧。治疗1个月后,观察2组中医证候积分、临床疗效、疼痛程度及局部炎症反应。结果观察组腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、乏力、证候总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率93.5%(43/46)明显高于对照组78.3%(36/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与Oswestry功能障碍(ODI)指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、P物质(SP)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循经推拿刮痧对腰背痛老年患者疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状及疼痛程度,还能降低局部炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effects of introducing massage and scraping on pain and local inflammatory response in elderly patients with lumbago.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with lumbago admitted to our Rehabilitation Department from September 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,46 patients were in the observation group and 46 patients in the control group.The control group received conventional massage,and the observation group was supplemented with introducing massage and scraping on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,pain level and local inflammatory response were observed.Results In the observation group,the back pain,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,weakness,and the total score of syndrome were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group93.5%(43/46)vs.(78.3%,36/46),P<0.05.The visual analog scale(VAS)score and the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and substance P(SP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing massage and scraping is effective in elderly patients with lumbago,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pain,and reduce the local inflammatory response.
