摘要
以组合液压缸两种形式密封为研究对象,叙述了密封件的分类,介绍了大、小活塞采用的密封形式。对O形密封圈进行建模与仿真,并对小活塞采用间隙密封进行较详细分析。最后将两种密封形式作了比较,有利选用。
The two types of sealing performance for integrated hydraulic cylinders as the research object have been conducted.The classification of seals is described.The sealing forms used for small and large pistons are introduced.The O-ring seals are modeled and simulated,and the gaps of seals used for small pistons are analyzed in more detail.Finally,the two sealing forms are compared for the favorable selection.
