20CrMnTiH齿轮钢加工过程中拉键槽掉肉原因分析

Analysis of Peel-off from Keyway in Processing 20CrMnTiH Gear Steel

针对20CrMnTiH圆钢在加工成齿轮过程中出现的拉键槽掉肉现象,采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜和扫描电镜及维氏硬度计对齿轮试样进行分析。分析结果表明,齿轮拉键槽掉肉是粘刀造成的,试样加工过程中粘刀现象与试样的等温正火硬度偏低有关。

20CrMnTiH round steel appears the phenomenon of peel-off in the key during the gear forming process.The gear samples were analyzed with ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that the peel-off of the gear keyway is caused by the sticking knife in broaching.The sticking knife phenomenon in broaching sample is related to the low isothermal normalizing hardness of the sample.
