摘要
为加速铁路货运向现代物流转型进程,提升铁路货场计量检测效率和现代化铁路物流基地运作水准,分析目前金华货运中心在铁路货运计量检测配备水平、技术性能、互联共享等方面存在的不足,提出铁路货运计量检测智能化发展建议:提升计量器具和检测设备智能化水平,加大计量器具和检测设备与关联信息系统联合研发力度,建立基于“铁路物流基地+”的计量检测数字平台。
In order to accelerate the transformation of railway freight to modern logistics process,improve efficiency of metrology and detection of railway freight yard and modern railway logistics base operation level,this paper analyze the issues in the current railway metrology and detection of Jinhua Freight Center in the aspects of staffing levels,technical performance,interconnections and sharing.It raises the suggestions of the use of intelligent for railway freight transportation metrology and detection,enhance the level of intelligent measuring instruments and testing equipment,together with correlation information system joint research and development strength,set up the digital platform of metrology and detection based on′railway logistics base+′.
