铁路机车电气屏柜可维修性设计研究

摘要 为了提高铁路机车电气屏柜的可维修性,在电气屏柜设计时,引入可维修性设计理念。分别从区域化设计、模块化设计、线缆查找的快速化设计、基于可维修性预计的可达性设计、人机要素工程设计和安全性设计6个方面,开展可维修性设计,为电气屏柜维修作业时快速识别和定位故障点,及时修复和排除故障,减少电气屏柜的维修作业时间,保障设备功能的快速恢复,提高机车的可用性奠定技术基础。 In order to improve the maintainability of railway locomotive electrical cabinet,the maintainability design concept is introduced in terms of design.From the six aspects of regional design,parts standardization and modular design,cable fast search design,accessibility design based on maintainability prediction,human-machine element engineering design and safety design,the maintainability design is implemented to identify and locate the fault point quickly during the maintenance operation of electrical cabinet,repair and remove the fault in time,as well as reduce the maintenance operation time.It ensures the rapid recovery of equipment functions and lays a technical foundation for improving locomotive availability.
