软质板岩单线铁路隧道台阶法施工安全步距研究 被引量:1

摘要 铁路隧道在施工中遇到的软质板岩,由于其具有极强的流变特性,常出现较大施工问题及突发危险,需要控制各台阶长度,以保障隧道施工安全。以拉林铁路杰德秀1#隧道为例,采用改进的Burgers流变模型,分析单线隧道采用台阶法施工时,上台阶安全长度、上台阶与下台阶掌子面合理距离,为类似工程提供参考。结果表明,上台阶开挖控制在14 m内时,能够保障初期支护结构安全;在考虑减小施工干扰的情况下,上台阶与下台阶掌子面的距离控制在10 m左右较合理。 The soft slate encountered in the construction of railway tunnel has very strong rheological characteris tics,which often leads to large construction issues and sudden dangers.It is necessary to control the length of each step to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.Taking the Jiedexiu No.1 tunnel of Lhasa-Linzhi Railway as an exam ple,the improved burgers rheological model is used to analyze the safe length of the upper step and the reasonable distance between the upper step and the lower step surface when the single track tunnel is constructed by the step method,so as to provide reference for similar projects.The results show that when the upper step excavation is con trolled within 14 meters,the safety of the initial support structure can be guaranteed;in consideration of reducing the construction interference,the distance between the upper step and the lower step surface is reasonably controlled within 10 meters.
