饲料中添加不同成分抗生素替代品对肉鸡生产性能和肠道健康的影响

Effects of Different Antibiotic Substitutes on Performance and Intestinal Health of Broilers

试验旨在研究不同肉鸡替抗配方对COBB肉鸡生产性能和肠道健康的影响。选用体重接近健康1日龄COBB肉鸡288只,随机分成4个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复24羽,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕基础日粮加抗生素,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加肠易康1、肠易康2、肠易康30.1%,试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组的日采食量、料肉比和死淘率显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组回肠绒毛长度与隐窝深度的比值高于其他3组,试验Ⅰ组比值低于对照组。结果表明,肉鸡日粮添加0.1%肠易康3(有机酸+精油)能够提高肉鸡生长性能,改善肉鸡肠道健康,替代抗生素使用。

To study the effect of different tilantin formulations on the performance and intestinal health of Cobb broilers,two hundred and eighty-eight healthy 1-day-old Cobb broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 3 replicates in each group,24 broilers in each replicate.The control group was fed with corn soybean meal basic diet plus antibiotics.The experimental group was fed with 0.1%Changyikang 1,0.1%Changyikang 2,0.1%Changyikang 3 respectively in the basic diet for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the daily intake of the third group was significantly reduced,the feed to meat ratio and the dead Amoy rate were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The ratio of ileal villi length to crypt depth in test groupⅢwas signifi cantly higher than that in other three groups,and the ratio in test groupⅠwas significantly lower than that in control group.The results showed that,adding 0.1%changyikang 3(organic acid+essential oil)to broiler diet could improve growth performance,intestinal health and replace antibiotics.
